Take the tvärbana to Årstafältet. As in the Årsta FIELD. 

NOTE: Do not mix it up with other tvärbane stations such as Årstadal or Årstaberg.

Nor should you go to any other random station starting with the letter 'Å'.

The tvärbana connects with the underground at Liljeholmen and Gullmarsplan. 

Cumming from Gullmarsplan, exit in the back of the train and cross the rails when the green man is lit.

Cumming from Liljeholmen, exit in the front of the train.

Then follow half-arrows (or flour blobs) to the on-inn on Sandfjärdsgatan 14.

There will be a trail for walkers.

The runners' trail will be pram-friendly with the exception of a few paths where the pram will have to take a detour (do not worry, the detour is very hilly :) )

A hash car would be appreciated.

Welcome to Årsta, also known as 'Söder om Söder'! Here, along Årstaviken, there is a lot if wild life, including deer, hares, ducks and beavers. Hopefully you will be able to detect one or two of these along the trail.
