www.sl.se Red line towards Fruängen. Get off at Fruängen, go down the stairs and cross the square.Out on Fruängsgatan you'll find buses 163 and 173 towards Bredäng and Skärholmen. Go off at the second stop, Häradsvägen. (Or walk there, it'll take 10 minutes).
Go back to the pedestrian crossing and cross. Go right until the SKB building ends. Go down the stairs to the left and go to the third street door, which is nr. 44. Take the lift to floor 4.
You can also take the commuter train and get off at Älvsjö.
Change to one of the above mentioned buses (a ride of approx 20 minutes).

What: There will be a runners trail with eagle loops, a pram-friendly walkers trail, 2 drink stops and circle.
If the weather is good maybee we can eat out on the beautiful cortyard.
Cost: 20 SEK for just he run. 80 SEK for run and food. Beer and wine provided at self-cost.
