Welcome to The Mites Forest Run and Swim Stop!

To get there: A). Take the Underground (Red Line)14.  South to the the last stop which is Fruängen.

Then take the 704 bus toward Huddinge. Get off at Örrvägen. Walk down Örrvägen until it ends at Tjädervägen.

Turn right. Number 40 is the second from last house on the right.

B). Take the Pendletäg towards Södertälje. Get off at Stuvsta. 

Down the stairs, turn left in the tunnel. Up to the carpark turn right, walk up to the road. Take the 710 bus going to Fruängen and get off at Örrvägen.

A runners and walkers trail. Two drink stops. One Swim stop. And a sauna if need be!

The trail is 98% in woods and so is unsuitable for prams!
