Public Transport, two ways to get there:

By Underground. Red line to Fruängen. (Which is the last stop). then take Bus 704 Going to Björnkulla. Get off at Orrvägen. Tempo Supermarket. Walk down Orrvägen until it reaches Tjädervägen. Turn right. No.40 is the second from last.

By Pendletåg. Pendletåg towards Södertälje. Get off at Stuvsta. Take the 710 bus going to Skärholmen. Get off at Orrvägen. Tempo.

The bus leaves Stuvsta at14:28 if you want to arrive at the hash on time! It takes 10 minutes to walk from the bus stop to our house!

There is a runners trail and a walkers trail. A swim stop and at least two drink stops. Bring your mug! 

The trail is 100% in woods. So it isn't bike or pram friendly.
