If you want to come by public transport, check out the SL-app to find instructions on your way. If you decide to use the metro, U need 2 jump on the red-line train #14 north from Centralen. Take your stuff off the train at Bergshamra and leave the platform at the northend of the platform (Bergshamra Torg).

If cuming by car, use your digital thing to give directions to the no-in. U can find some parking in the area. There is streetparking and maybe some 2 hours free parking by Bergshamra torg.

Frozen Balls has turned a new page in her yearbook, and we invite U to the annual celebrative b-day run to celebrate her checking in at 42 for the 5th time. 

There will be a wellmarked walkers trail that is doable walking and/ or on wheels of some kind useful. Some parts will be a little soggy so don´t put on your high-heels.

Runners trail will not be bicycle-able throughout the whole trail, contact Pirate for instructions if needed.

Everyone should bring some kind of illumination to spot the mark & your foldable mug to get something to drink at the drinkstop.

Definitively no need for long-johns, spikes or umbrellas at the moment!

And of course we keep on doing it in groups of 8! And no on-in afterwards. Don´t come if you have any symptoms of illness, keep your social distance and wash your hands all the time!
