Take the tube (red line) towards Fruängen (T14) and choose Sedelvägen as your exit. It is only 16 minutes with the tube from T-centralen to Hägerstensåsen. Follow the red half arrows from the station to the parking lot in front of the On-Inn "Hägern".

There will be a walkers and a runners trail. The weather is expected to be sunny and around 27 degrees on Wednesday so adapt your clothing to the conditions and remember that the best way to avoid dehydration is to drink plenty of fluids (water or similar....).

The trail is best described as a nice combination of joyful ups and downs and there will be DS and BS along the trail. If we are lucky there might even be a PS along the trail.
