Trains run every 15 minutes towards Bålsta/Kungsängen from Stockholm City. The 24 minute journey will give you enough time to have a cheeky pre-lube beer. If you are not sufficiently lubricated before you arrive there are a couple of beer serving establishments in Kalläll that will help quench your thirst. Half arrows from Kallhäll station will be provided. 

Don your best super hero outfit, but remember not all heroes wear capes! Interpret the theme how you wish. Possibly prizes for the best costume! 

Runners and walkers will have trails, we're nice like that! 

As always, beer and wine will be available for sale after the trails. If we are enough people (aka too many for my apartment) I will book the association room, so please let me know in plenty of time if you are coming as well as the usual food requirements/allergies etc.
