Take the red line to Hägerstensåsen, exit Hägerstensåsen then walk to "Hägern". Follow Halfarrows

There will be a walkers trail, a runners trail and a DS. 

You do not need spikes and a torch but please bring a smile and good spirit! 

The On Inn cannot secure bags, but there will be a hashcar

Order (and pay) for food before the run.

There will be a short chalk talk at 1830 sharp so pls be on time.
